SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped as ready.
It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customer's orders complete and on schedule. We know that for some of our customers, time is a very valuable thing and we want to make sure it is not wasted. That is why we have chosen UPS exclusively for our main shipping carrier.
THESE ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS UPS OFFERS:

UPS Ground Shipping - Delivery within 7 business days for orders placed.

All orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary Ground Shipping. For orders that do not meet the $150 minimum, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be applied to your order total.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
STORE CREDIT + RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY - (CONTIGUOUS UNITE STATES ONLY)
We get it. Sometimes things just aren't meant to be. If you’re looking to process a return, don't worry—we’ve made it easy! Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with tags still attached may be returned/exchanged for purchases made online or phone. Full refunds or exchanges are eligible within 30 days of the received delivery date. Note: We do not accept returns that are sent back stained, damaged, or products which have been purchased from a third party seller ex: boutiques, other websites outside of www.imvueeshop.com.

Returns for Store Credit are Free
We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label per original order for returns requesting store credit. Once we receive your return, we will email you your store credit code that will never expire. Store Credit cannot be re-refunded back to your original method of payment once issued.
Exchanges are Free
We will cover the cost of up to (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label per original order for returns requesting an exchange. You can only exchange an item once.

Returns for Refund
Usage of our pre-paid return label will incur a $10 deduction *PER LABEL from your refund amount since we provided free outbound shipping. You may return as many order(s) / item(s) within one package, using (1) UPS/FEDEX Return Label.

Question: What if I don't want to use your Return Label?
Using our return label is entirely optional, if you wish to avoid the Return Label fee for returns requesting a Refund. You are more than welcomed to ship back your return by purchasing your own return shipping through the carrier of your choice.
Please be aware:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages not using our provided insured return label.

We do not reimburse for cost of return shipping should you decide to pay for own return shipping.

Please request a tracking number for your return packages as this will be the only proof your return has been shipped back to us.

Include a Return Form - to let us know how to process your return once it reaches us.
